Translator translates text from photos now.
The application has been updated
Google on Thursday, the new feature that should be useful include when it comes
to menus and signs as well as books and magazines.
To use this new feature, take a
picture of the text to be translated, and rub the text in question, as you say
it with a scratch-off lottery ticket, as Lifehacker.

Google translator then scans the
area, you can use the mistakes they may have committed, and then translate the
text.
For now the new role in Czech,
Dutch, English, French, German is limited, Italian, Polish, Portuguese,
Russian, Spanish and Turkish, but Google says it will more languages over
time, add to Mashable.
The new feature, simply download the game to Google
Translate Google if you do not, and just to update your application if you are
already doing. This feature only works with phones running Android 2.3, better
known as Ginger Bread, and beyond.
